Cannon 5 is a leaderboard visualization platform that allows users to upload CSV files or connect external data sources such as Google Sheets to generate visual displays and analytics.
The Service is provided solely as a visualization and presentation tool. Cannon 5 does not verify, validate, audit, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or completeness of any data processed through the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Cannon 5, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for all data, content, and information you upload, import, link, or otherwise make available through the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to use and process such data and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Cannon 5 may integrate with third-party services such as Google Sheets. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of any third-party services or data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CANNON 5, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Cannon 5 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cannon 5 regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.
